1997
How many years have you been in Real Estate?
10 years
What is the average home price in your market?
$200,000
Are there any new developments or trends in your area?
Kingman is centrally located close to Las Vegas, Laughlin, Lake Havasu, Flagstaff and Phoenix. The new Hoover Dam Bypass will shorten the commute to Vegas to about 90 mins making Kingman a perfect place to invest, live or retire.
Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
I love to help people make their real estate dreams come true. Buying a home is such an important part of our lives and a huge investment. I enjoy being apart of the home buying experience and helping the process run smoothly. The best part is seeing the smile on a new homeowners face when I hand them the keys to their new house!
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
Right now, we are in a Buyers market. That means we have A LOT inventory and choices for the Buyer. This is good for the Buyer as they will get a great deal on the perfect home, however this is bad for the Seller who will have to reduce the price of their home to compete with the existing inventory. Right now in Kingman the the typical home sale is taking 6 months on average to close escrow.
Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.

What is your best characteristic?

Who or what inspires you the most?

What is the best advice you ever received?

If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
Arizona!
