- We have such a beautiful area here and I enjoy sharing it. Plus I understand how major and how emotional it can be for someone to relocate or invest, searching for "just the right home" for the right reasons. I enjoy being helpful in that process and have new friends.
- What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
- We have people from all over the world here in our area for various reasons and it can be difficult for some people to belive that our areas is as nice and comfortable as it is especially believing the low crime status that we have.

- Too many to pick just one but... it is very rewarding to negotiate and get a better price than your sellers/buyers were expecting.
