I must say, Brent is one of a kind. He goes above and beyond to make his clients happy. My family and I experienced this first hand having him as our realtor. He listens to your every needs and wants when it comes to buying a home and he puts it into action. After looking for a home for many many months and the housing market being as horrible as it is, Brent was able to find us the home we had been waiting for. Our home is exactly what we asked Brent to find us. He was dedicated to finding us what we wanted and never waivered even when we became dicouraged at times. Gets the Sale Done
I've used Brent on 2 short sale condo purchases and both times he was efficent, professional and accomodating. From the start I knew he wasn't going to get paid very much becasue of the low sales price, but that didn't deter him from giving me great service and assisting in getting the the transaction done. Amazing Shortsale & Purchase experience
Brent Kastanowski is by far the best realtor my husband and I have worked with. I have never heard of anyone having such a dedicated and wonderful realtor as we did with Brent. We had many changes in what we wanted in our new home and what we thought we wanted. Every time we changed our minds Brent was there with more listings for us to look at and more properties for us to view. He never became frustrated with us or discouraged. Infact when I was upset and had had enough of this crazy market I wanted to quit. Brent encouraged me to be patient and keep going and that our hard work would finally pay off. He didn't let us settle on properties that weren't what we wanted. A couple of times I wanted to just put an offer on a house just to get it over with, and the house wasn't really what we wanted. Brent knew that and kept us on track an focused on our goal. We now have an amazingly beautiful 3600 sq ft home that is our dream house... our private little mansion. A home that we never imagined we would own, and it fit our budget, and it is everything we wanted. Had we not waited and had Brent been like other realtors and just pushed us to close on anything, we would have missed this awesome opportunity. I am so grateful for finding Brent.
