The median price in Phoenix is around $150,000.

We've leveled off, but starting to show early signs of growth again.

Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
I like to help others understand the process and guide them through all that is involved. It can be scary, but in reality, it's pretty straight forward and I'm here to help.

What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
Keeping other professionals on track to complete the transaction without delay.

Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
It's very exciting to visit with my clients after a couple of months and see how they set up their new home and how they are enjoying it.

What is your best characteristic?
Patience and mentor ship style, I like to educate while doing the work.

Who or what inspires you the most?
I'm inspired by my clients vision of what they want and how we can get there.

What is the best advice you ever received?
Teach others so that they will be inspired to do a better job than you did.

If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
I've really enjoyed the time my wife and I have when we are in San Diego, a little laid back and relaxing there.
