1997

Over 10 years

Are there any new developments or trends in your area?
We have a large variety of new construction homes and links on my website for New Homes in the Metro Phoenix area.
The housing market continues to slow in metropolitan Phoenix, but the area still ranks third in the nation for home building.
According to the National Association of Home Builders, Phoenix ranks behind only Atlanta and Houston for the number of single-family home permits issued this year.
Builder's are offing large incentive packages and having sales monthly.
Many builders are offering incentives for upgrades and closing costs for first-time buyers.
Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
Helping a Family find a great home, at a great price and knowing you have helped a family find their dream home is the best part of being an Arizona real estate agent.
We have a great team of realtors and there is no greater satisfaction than helping someone with their move whether across the valley or across the nation. We have many first-time buyers that are getting into homes with New Programs.
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
We are staying very busy in this challenging market and offer many homes that are foreclosure homes. Our team handles many of the west valley foreclosure homes and we are now starting to fix some of them up so they will be more appealing to a first time buyer.
The challenge is maintaining a large inventory of homes and monitoring each of them to offer special features for the homes.
Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
I think my most recent success stories are with 2 clients who sold their homes as some of the highest selling homes in the zip code area. I feel this was in part due to our great advertising with a large variety of pictures showcasing their homes, plus pre-marketing ideas to help the homes to show in their best light.
What is your best characteristic?
My sense of humor.
Who or what inspires you the most?
Becoming the best I can be and working hard to achieve my personal and professional goals.
What is the best advice you ever received?
"Just do it"
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
I really enjoy the winters in Arizona and feel I am almost an Arizona Native.
I would love to have more time off in the summer to visit different cities and parts of the country.
