The person, who we believe to be the only person, we dealt with was very incompetent. The lease they tried to get us to sign was nowhere near compliant with the local rule/rights of Arizona. They will try to rackup fees on you for any little thing. We suggest avoiding any property they manage.

We bought a home in Mesa,Az. Then we returned to N.J. to sell our home there. While we were back in New Jersey the trees flowered in our back yard in Mesa. We wanted to see how pretty they were.
