Mr. Mad AsHell sold a
home but would not recommend using David
for your home
sale.
Comments: "The Allen family is always in court becasue they rip people off! - Here is the deal -
Dave Allen is the "real estate agent"....but their FAMILY (Allen's) are the sellers / investors / owners of the homes. So, in other words, the FAMILY hides behind the real estate agent and the homes are JUNK! ONLY BUY THE HOME IF YOU GET AN INSPECTION....GET AN INSPECTION!!!!! Also, I have been told that some buyers were lucky enough to get HOLDBACK AGREEMENTS and the Allens LOST the Holdback money! FINALLY, go ask other PREVIOUS buyers what they think of the Allens. Ask each buyer (1) did you get what was promised, (2) have their been problems, and (3) did they go to court?
Oh, and ask if they know of anyone else who has deals with the Allens. They owe alot of people money and never pay them! I am a contractor that is owed tens of thousaands of dollars by them. People like this should be concerned....very concerned!" Read full review |
