Great Investments!
My husband and I worked with Mr. Kasnoff to invest some hard earned money in real estate. We weren't sure where to start but trusted he would guide us. And he did!! We were very fortunate and able to get a wonderful return on our investments. Needless to say, we were very happy with our transactions and thank Mr. Kasnoff very much for his efforts in helping us build our nest egg. It is amazing to me that more people don't take the time to write wonderful things about people who have really helped them but many people take time to talk badly about someone and blame others for bad decisions they made. It really makes you feel good that good people are being rewarded when it is so easy for people to be nasty in this world. Think about it. You will sleep better at night knowing you did something positive and really thanked someone for a good deed. I highly recommend Mr. Kasnoff and trust him completely. But in the end, it is my decision to make an investment and even Mr. Kasnoff does not have a crystal ball so if the deal doesn't go perfectly, he is no more to blame than the man in the moon. Awesome Agent Who Looks out for his Clients!
George Kasnoff helped a really good friend of mine buy a home and get a first time homebuyer tax credit which was amazing. He was very nervous about his first home purchase, but Mr. Kasnoff walked him through everything and made sure he was protected and informed through the whole process. To clarify I did not sell a home that was built by Kasnoff Investments. It sold on a short sale in FireRock community with numerouse problems . It is unfortunate that good contractors were not paid for their work. What I am learning is this is typical of George Kasnoff. Invested in custom home builder kasnoff
First of all I feel the pain for the two previous families that have experienced kasnoff investments. I invested in property and homes only to find out contractors were not paid, well over 250k is missing and I think that number is light. He is a con artist without a doubt. This person scams people out of their money . What happen to the construction loan money George?
Does not pay contractors-
Makes deals with sub-contractors; uses the ROC to hide behind, refuses to pay, Knowing the "little guy" cannot afford the high cost court/attorney fees. Has not paid for substantial balance to one small business for work done on the custom homes. Not much money to, Mr Kasnoff, less than $100K, but a tremendous amount to a hard working, family. Mr Kasnoff - you did not withhold money from a business, you have withheld it from a FAMILY, a husband, wife and children. I hope you sleep well in your multi-million dollar home. We sleep well in our humble home. While the parents work hard to pay off the debt you left us with.

after alot of money,time an frustration.....I am still getting calls from contractors that never got paid,only if I would have interviewed,subcontractors,past home owners this would have never happend....For any one that is considering doing business with George M Kasnoff,I urge you to contact previous investors,home owners,subcontractors,vendors.....to avoid the situation that I was in.......KNOW THE PERSION THAT YOU DO BUSINESS WITH
