Nelda Woolridge sell a previous house with Nancy J Britton and would not recommend them to other home sellers.
Nancy Britton convinced us that she was a buyer's agent and we were suckered into signing a buyer's representation agreement. She showed us a total of 2 houses- then told us to go to Realtor.com, pick out the houses we were interested in. We did this. She told us to call the listing agents to show us the properties, and then call her to write up the contract. We gave up on her and bought another house. Now she is demanding a 6% commission on the house that she did not even show us. She is going to turn us in tho the credit bureau. Never ever do business with her. She is a liar. She has ruined our lives.
