I submitted several requests to realtors from Ash Fork, Williams, Flagstaff, Camp Verde, and Show Low/Overgaard. I received responses from two others about a week later, but heard from her immediately. She went out of her way to be available. She asked clear questions of what we wanted to find and stayed within what we requested. We were coming from Phoenix and she made sure to show us many properties. She showed us properties 3/4 of the day. They were wide ranging in view, but within the exact perimeters of what we wanted in acreage and purchase price. We had other unusual requests on completing the sell and she made committments to us in June that she honored. One was to keep that property for us until earnest money and contract were completed. This involved holding it a couple of months. She is a true woman of her word. She is an amazing professional and knows the North Country. We are so grateful we found her!
