Working with Tammy has been a wonderful experience. She spent hours researching properties that would give me the maximum number of my 'must haves'. When I decided on a location, she provided the website on the city. After the sale, she was on top of those move issues that can be forgotten - transfer name of electricity, contact gas company, etc. And don't forget the supply of water she p****ed out as we tromped around in 100+ temperatures. In spite of wilting heat, she maintained an enthusiastic attitude and was willing to look at 'just one more' property. You are in good hands with Tammy.
