- There are so many changes occuring almost daily, in regards to lending, appraisals, and foreclosures. It takes a lot of effort to stay on top of everything that is going on. Plus, technology in real estate is changing as well. The constant changing is a huge challenge, but also what makes real estate exciting at the same time.

- There have been several instances where I have been able to get friends into homes they never thought they could buy. I have also had an opportunity to meet people and become lifelong friends.
- What is your best characteristic?
- I would like to think I have a few; honesty, integrity, and the ability to work with different personalities to get the job done. I am a stickler for details as well.

- What inspires me the most is my ability to change other people's lives. Who inspires me are my family.
