Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
I just enjoy the opportunity to help other people to either find them a home, or sell their current home. I also enjoy the ability to work with my wife, and the flexibility the job provides me to be active with my children.
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
There are so many changes occuring almost daily, in regards to lending, appraisals, and foreclosures. It takes a lot of effort to stay on top of everything that is going on. Plus, technology in real estate is changing as well. The constant changing is a huge challenge, but also what makes real estate exciting at the same time.
Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
There have been several instances where I have been able to get friends into homes they never thought they could buy. I have also had an opportunity to meet people and become lifelong friends.
What is your best characteristic?
I would like to think I have a few; honesty, integrity, and the ability to work with different personalities to get the job done. I am a stickler for details as well.

What inspires me the most is my ability to change other people's lives. Who inspires me are my family.
