I just purchased a home listed by Pieter Dijjkstra and discovered that the HOA information in the real estate listing, and reiterated to me throughout the entire transactio, was over FIVE YEARS OLD !!!! The difference to what I was lead to believe was an HOA fee difference of $55 per month- substantional to me as the buyer. The ad also eroneously indicated pet friendly (not) and the taxes were also incorrect - BUYERS BEWARE!!!!! due dilegence not being followed!

If you want to waste your time, and pay extremely high contracting fees and still have to have someone redo the job, hire Dennis Murdock. He did not even bother to place a "For Rent" sign in front of my house. He was very unprofessional and impolite during the four and one-half months that he had the opportunity to show my house and never did.
