If you want to waste your time, and pay extremely high contracting fees and still have to have someone redo the job, hire Dennis Murdock. He did not even bother to place a "For Rent" sign in front of my house. He was very unprofessional and impolite during the four and one-half months that he had the opportunity to show my house and never did. If you would like a true professional to represent you during your tenant search, please go else where.
