By far the most unprofessional property agent I have ever dealt with. No people skills - no knowledge of current markets, pricing, etc. Does not handle problems with buildings/tenants in a timely manner (i.e. 6 months min to respond) - misquotes lease agreements, misinforms clients and trys to bully tenants. The fact that he is now an associate broker for Cutler Commercial makes this all the more alarming. BEWARE !!!
