I was home when the incident in the prior post took place. That tenant called the office several times and used extremely abusive language - so loud I could hear it with my windows closed! He also physically attacked the roofing contractor! It was the roofing contractor who disposed of the sattelite dish, not exceed reality. The contractor was supposed to tell Exceed Reality when they would be installing a new roof, but did not do so. The prior post is not entirely true and should not be considered. I have always had great experiences with exceed reality, especially gloria. Everytime I needed something fixed, it was fixed in a a day or so.

I am currently renting an apartment from this realty company-Exceed Realty. I have constantly had problems with them. Several of them were just issues with things that needed to be fixed around the apartment that were never addressed. This is common with this realty group though. The most upsetting experience with Gloria in particular happened just recently...they had hired some people to repair our roof, which was fine. We awoke to our satelite dish not getting any reception. Went outside and saw that the roofers had literally tore the satelite dish from the roof and threw it on the ground with no notice what-so-ever, causing me to pay $65 to have Dish Network come out to re-install it, which is UNACCEPTABLE and UUNPROFESSIONAL. So, natuarally-i called Exceed and spoke with Gloria who tried to blame it on me as a reliable and good renter! She was very defensive, making excuse after excuse-not professional at all; proceeded to hang up on me as well. So- please DO NOT give this person any of your business if you are smart...

Nicole and associated have managed several of my rental properties for several years, and I couldn't be more pleased. The properties are well kept, the tenants are happy, unless they aren't paying or are causing problems. I always get my rents on time. The rare eviction is done very quickly!

we have delbt with nicole a few times and she was very rude she should get a job where no people are involved and she needs to grow up and learn how to talk like an adult and not a three year old.

I was renting a property Nicole managed and we did have a violation that we gladly took care of. Unfortunately the way Ms. Nicole handled it was very unfriendly. She made a comment that was intended to insult us.

Have had nothing but great luck with my rental properties! Even in this tough market they manage to keep my property full, and the repairs bills very low! Exceed comes highly reccomended

Not suggested for property management. Un-organized and not up on current property management regulations. Placed a bad tenant in my property which cost me thousands of dollars. Once bad tenant was realized the problem wasn't managed properly.
