In 2006, Scott helped us sell and purchase a home. The sell of our existing home was not easy as the buyer was all the way across the country and was not concerned with the fact that it was a contingency sale and thus ignored the dealines we had to meet in order to purchase our new house. However, Scott went to bat for us with the buyer's agent and was able to work thru the issues to secure the sale of our house. Even better than that, he was able to get more than the asking price (we had 2 bids on the house within 24 hours of listing it with Scott). Scott really helped us achieve the max value of our sold house. Although he was not the list agent on the home we purchased, he performed with a knowledge of the house as if he was. The paperwork and pre-purcahse headaches of buying a home were made simple by Scott. He handled every detail of the purchase. It seems the only decision we had to make was when we wanted to move in. Overall I was very pleased and would use him again.
