This broker/owner is to be avoided; that's what I was recently told. But he's such a nice guy! I unfortunately took the advice with a grain of salt. He's not just to be avoided, he needs to lose his license! He's unethical and abusive. His agents routinely give out keys to the office to prospective clients, allowing access to personal and private (even financial) records! Agents don't escort prospective buyers through homes, literally staying outside while giving full access to people they haven't screened or even required ID's from! I cannot even begin to imagine what kind of liability Arkansas Ozarks Realty is open to! On top of these and several other ethical infractions, Bob Skibbe (what he goes by) is facing several law suits for non-disclosure and misrepresentation. Not only do I not want anyone at this firm representing me on either side of a transaction, I wouldn't want any of them having access into a property being sold through another firm!
