- What is the average home price in your market?
- Average home price in Conway is now around $150,000. Little Rock area is higher.
- Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
- I enjoy helping others reach their real estate goals whether buying their first home, investing for their future, or downsizing for retirement. While the pay check is nice a large part of doing what I do is being able to educate my clients about the market and seeing their dreams become reality.
- What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
- Discount brokers/agents make it difficult for agents who are service oriented.
- Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
- I helped a single father of twin boys who thought he would never own his own home purchase a new construction home with a separate bedroom for each son. It was over a year from start to finish working through some credit issues and then having several contracts rejected or coming second to others, but we did it and I will always treasure his excitement as we went to closing!
- What is your best characteristic?
- My patience and willingness to work with clients over long periods of time to realize their dreams.
- Who or what inspires you the most?
- I believe that ultimately inspiration comes from within ourselves when we become comfortable with who we are and what God's plan for us is. I believe I have been called to serve others through real estate.
- What is the best advice you ever received?
- To treat others as you would be treated and give back to your community.
- If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
- I would choose to live anywhere in the United States where there is a change of seasons with very mild winters, with a stable and growing real estate market, where all of my extended family would also live nearby.
