He was the best Realtor we have ever dealt with. He is a down home wonderful guy. We got referred to him from a friend and were so pleased. He got us the house we live in now and is going to be the realtor when we sell this one and buy a bigger home. He is definately on the side of the customer. He will go above and beyond. Johnny makes you feel welcome in his office. Would very Highly recommend him to anyone.

She came highly recommended and even brought a report showing she was #1 in Cabot, but she did not live up to her reputation. It took her over a month to put up the sale sign and after 60 days (of our 180 day contract) she dropped us off her personal websites and off of realtor.com. Eventually we were put back on realtor.com but we were never put back on her personal websites. I would only recommend her to someone who didn't really want to sell their home.

I was convinced when I found out Victoria is the number one realtor in Cabot, both in number of listings and percentage of listings sold. I have used her to sell my home and highly recommend her to anyone! She is very courteous, professional, and knows the business of real estate.
