We have sold an dbought a home thru Michael. During both transaction Michael worked tirelessly to make the deals work and bring us all to the closing table. It was truley a win win win transaction. Even after the sale we have asked Michael for house keepers, plumbers, electricitons and contractos....he has always been right on the money wih every recomendation. You know it's not surprising an excellent realtor would have excellent people working with him! He is the best!

All I can say is WOW!!!! This is simply PERFECT!! I think I'm just going to tell my husband that I'm planning our anniversay trip! We began looking for a condo on Lake Martin and found Michael Langston's website on the internet and made contact to look at properties. We found he and his team to be knowledgeable and very helpful and ended up making two purchases at Stoneview Summit from him. The best part of the story is that these new units have had small items that needed repair and Michael's team has taken care of each request with lightning speed. I am new to the area, recently relocating from Arkansas. We had a nice condo on the best lake in Arkansas, and hope to have something similar in Alabama. After visiting the Lake Martin area numerous times, with other agents and builders, we finally ended up with a knowledgeable and professional organization. With these agents, we spent the weekend and toured, what seems like, all listings. Lastly we were shown a beautiful, mostly level lot, without any steep terrain and in a small sobdivision. The neighboring houses were very nice and presented a nice apperance, all well kept, unlike other areas where there we no building requirements. You could build a nice house on your lot, but next door could be something, not nearly as nice.

As a Realtor of over 35 years I picked Mike to pick up the properties I had listed at Lake Martin. He has under promised and over delivered. His marketing strategies are second to none and he is on the job fom early morning til late at night. His constant contact system keeps his prospective buyers and sellers in close touch at all times. You never have to wait for feedback! He is an awesome selling machine and I am in awe of his energy and his knowledge. He is on top of the market trends and will not steer you wrong. As a full time Realtor myself in the Birmingham area I have learned alot from just watching him work. I will refer him to many clients in the future I am sure.He knows the Lake Martin area like the back of his hand.

We cannot say enough great things about Michelle Brooks. We definitely would not have the lake cabin on Lake Martin that we have if it were not for Michelle. We grew up going to Lake Martin and we wanted to find a place that our children could enjoy and create great childhood memories like we did. However, we had a strict budget given the amenities we wanted. I honestly didn’t think it was possible. This did not deter Michelle one bit. We started working with Michelle about 2 years prior to finding the right one. We were very surprised, but extremely grateful that Michelle never gave up on us. Keith Jackson is the most dishonest agent in the area where i searched for a new home. The entire experience with mr. jackson was defined by poor manners, un-knowledgeable about even the most basic questions. He is rude, not terribly intelligent and doesn't care either way.

Teri has to be the most skilled and knowledgable agen in Huntsville! She sold my house in a down market, and then helped me find the best deal I ever did on a house. I luv her!
