Stephaine made purchasing my first new home a breeze. I had heard horror stories about dealing with realtors that didn't return phone calls and were hard to get in touch with. Stephaine kept me in on every step and explained everything in simplified terms. She found the perfect home for me even before it was available online. Even the sellers were surprised it sold so quickly. She found the home and set up everything over the course of a weekend. I was worried about the school zone b/c of the amount I was pre-approved for but my daughter attends a great school that she loves. I would recommend Stephaine's superior service to anyone even thinking about buying a home. She goes above and beyond the call of duty and is very easy to work with. She loves being a realtor and it shows!!
