What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
Expressing urgency! We work in a market that is ever-changing, and great deals are sometimes gone the moment they appear on the market. It can be challenging to make customers understand that if they aren't ready to act quickly on something they want today that there is a possibility it won't be there tomorrow.

An interesting moment in our profession occurs each time we see the expression on clients' faces the first time they walk into the property they will purchase.
What is your best characteristic?
Persistence. We work for our clients, and we work diligently to find properties with which they are pleased, obtain information, and negotiate the best deal possible.
