- I LOVE helping people find their new dream homes, investors find their new investments and helping people manage their investments well whether or not they are living in their new purchase or building a profit.

- Getting the word out to the public that there are REALTOR's that specialize in real estate investments and that it can make a BIG difference in your pocket! Also, letting people know that there are other options to those in need of financial help, other than your home foreclosing and losing BOTH your credit and home.
- Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
- When Hurricane Katrina hit, I had a client that wasn't in the best financial position and I had sold their home to be closed 3 days after. When we went to assess the damages, we discovered EVERYTHING was gone. The home was on the water and was literally covered in it at one point during the storm. Besides the extensive damage to the home, they had lost EVERYTHING! Including their animals and almost a son that had stayed behind. The investor that was to buy the home, still bought it at full price! His heart went out to the family and regardless of the situation knew that they were in need of more than just clothes on their back and closed the home, still, 4 days later! That was an AWESOME day!
- What is your best characteristic?
- Besides my extensive knowledge in real estate investments, solutions and strategies.....? I feel my ability to make those in any situation, comfortable and at home is my best characteristic.
- Who or what inspires you the most?
- My partner, Johnny Jordan with "American Real Estate Solutions, LLC" is ultimately my support system. I always knew I wanted to change people's lives but he helped open a road for me that I never knew existed. He has been my inspiration to think "outside the box."
- What is the best advice you ever received?
- Never judge an investment by it's color!
- If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
- When I've exhausted all avenues of Mobile, Alabama, I'll let you know... Cost of living here is cheap, cheap, cheap!
