Ms. Knight has been the property manager for a residence that my husband and I own in Millbrook, AL for approx. 2 yrs. There hasn't been a single month during this period that we have not had to call her (after waiting several days for the lease payment to post to our bank account) and ask her to PLEASE deposit the funds into our account. Each month, the story is the same: "Oh, your check is in my back pocket. I'm on my way to the bank right now to deposit it for you." Also, Ms. Knight NEVER returns our phone calls. My husband has had a few conversations w/ Ms. Knight about her lack of professionalism. Each time, she apologizes, but nothing changes. We have left Ms. Knight at least 2 messages over the past four days, yet again, about our lease deposit. SHE HAS NOT CALLED US BACK. We checked our banking account last night, and now see that only 1/3 of the amount due has been deposited. And of course, we have yet to hear from Ms. Knight as to what's going on.
