Joe Bagofdoughnuts buy a previous house with Sandra L Knight and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
Only mistake I made was signing the buyers agreement, afterward I never saw her again. Not dependable, very fake at the beginning, deceiving, very passive, will not speak up for customer, lied, takes credit for others work, bad memory (her excuse), too busy for you (her excuse), no ethics, no patience, no time management skills, no accountability, accepts no responsibility, protects only her interest not yours, too much to list. I would NOT recommend her. Fake personality, deceiving, and will lie to you if you do not stay active in your purchase
