Fraud Alert
I bought Gina's personal residence in November of 2007. After an inspection, she agreed to do a number of repairs - rotted wood below a couple of windows and alongside the front door, cracked brickwork over the garage - but they were not completed at the time of closing. This was noted in the closing agreement, and she again agreed to have them done. After numerous attempts to have the situation resolved, she has ceased answering my calls and emails. What kind of realtor defrauds on a transaction involving their own home? BEWARE!!
