We cannot say enough great things about Michelle Brooks. We definitely would not have the lake cabin on Lake Martin that we have if it were not for Michelle. We grew up going to Lake Martin and we wanted to find a place that our children could enjoy and create great childhood memories like we did. However, we had a strict budget given the amenities we wanted. I honestly didn’t think it was possible. This did not deter Michelle one bit. We started working with Michelle about 2 years prior to finding the right one. We were very surprised, but extremely grateful that Michelle never gave up on us. We truly believe that any other agent probably would have given up on us early on thinking we were unrealistic and would never find anything in our price range. We now consider Michelle a great friend and we highly recommend Michelle to anyone looking to buy a place on Lake Martin. Again, Michelle knows the Lake Martin market extremely well and takes whatever time is necessary to find your dream property whether you are looking for an entry level cabin or a million dollar plus luxury home.
