Kathy Ward buy a previous house with Judy D Helms and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
My experience with this agent has been very bad. She incorrectly set up paperwork with a Charles David Cook which included some land she bought from him as well. In the paperwork, which is on file at the Chilton County Court House and with my attorney, she and Charles David Cook set up a Land/Sale and Deed agreement with my spouse and I and nine others to not allow mobile homes on any property off Hwy 54 sold by Charles Cook. BUT they did not set this agreement up with another client.... then they filed false "Correction Deeds" at the court house on Sept. 18, 2009..... that do not have the purchaser's signature ( to try and fix the badly handled paperwork). The trailers are still near our property and hurting its value. Judy never returns our phone calls. This is a MESS!!! And the judge even thinks it is strange they filed these papers on Sept. 18, 2009, after three years of allowing the improper deed to go without a "no trailer" agreement.
