SM buy a previous house with Janet Hamm and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
If you are considering hiring someone to manage your rental home please USE ANYONE but Janet. She takes liberties in making decisions without notifying the homeowner. Does not return emails/phone calls in timely manner. Is condescending when questioned. She appears to be very professional and makes many promises when trying to get your business, but DOES NOT follow through. BEWARE!
