- I really do not have an average price because I put the same amount of effort into a $75,000 condo a
- Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
- The biggest reason is seeing the smile on my client's faces when they they move into their dream home.From start to closing selling or buying a new home can be quite stressful.A smooth transaction where it is a win/win situation for all parties involved is very satisfying and creates friendships that last a lifetime.
- What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
- I would say,managing your time so you do the necessary things every day to service your clients and make them feel like they are the only clients you have.Follow up and constant contact to keep your clients aware of showings,new homes availabilty and making them feel as comfortable as possible.
- Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
- This one is an easy one.I had a military couple that owned a home in Birmingham and were stationed out of state . The husband was sent to Iraq for a year and unfortunatly died. As you can imagine, the home was the last thing the wife wanted to deal with. I took it upon myself to do everything in my power to sell the home and help the wife through some very trying times.That hug from her at closing keeps things in prospectus for me.

- Simple, Do unto others as you would have them do unto you. Golden Rule
- Who or what inspires you the most?
- Smiles from a happy client.
- What is the best advice you ever received?
- Take one day at a time. Don't sweat the small stuff,because everything in some way is small in the whole scheme of life.
