- I get to help people on a daily basis with one of the most important events of their lives.
- What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
- Short sales or pre-foreclosure issues are the toughest for us. Lenders are starting to get better with short sales and we have successfully closed several recently.
- Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
- I once went out on a second story deck that was off a master bedroom to take virtual tour photos of the view and when I shut the door, I realized I locked myself out. It was cold, I didn't have my jacket on, and I was in rural Fairbanks with no cell service and no one to call to for help. Good thing I had gone to Airborne school in the Army and remembered how to execute a parachute landing fall. If only someone would've had a video camera.
