My husband and I just purchased our first home with Lonnie and Joe Logan. Lonnie and Joe were well informed, savvy, patient and consistently acted in our best interest. Since we were already renting in Anchorage, we had time to find what we were looking for in a pretty tight first time home buyer market. We ended up looking for several months and Joe and Lonnie patiently showed us many homes, often with little notice. At no time did we ever feel rushed or pushed in to making a bad choice. In fact, after a very distressing home inspection that uncovered some major structural concerns they fully supported our decision to terminate the purchase agreement and keep looking for a home so that we would be happy and comfortable with our choice. In the end we found exactly what we had been looking for and we are very happy with our new home. Lonnie and Joe explained each step in the process so well that we felt comfortable through the transaction, even when the sellers became difficult and out right rude. They also gave us great recommendations for the home inspector and mortgage officer so that other parts of the process moved smoothly as well. Overall we felt so lucky to have Lonnie and Joe on our side. It would have been a much more difficult process without their expertise. We would defiantly use Lonnie and Joe in the future and strongly recommend them to others.

We have purchased our home through special income sensitive program. Joe and Lonnie worked very closely with us on communicating with sellers. Not many agents will work with these types of programs, since they are quite demanding. We enjoyed working with this team and would recommend them to our friends and family.

We went through several real estate agents looking for one that was cooperative and kind but well versed in the real estate industry. From pictures and internet video postings of our home taken by the Logans we we're able to get several interested buyers on our house in a very short amount of time. Lonnie and Joe were both amazing in helping us find the perfect home. We spent a week with Lonnie look at homes and then had to fly back to Adak. Lonnie continued to work hard for us and when a home we liked came up Joe went and did a video for us to see. We quickly made an offer and although the seller was a little reluctant Lonnie assured them that she knew what we liked and wanted and this home was it. We closed on April 29 via long distance and had no problems. We will use Lonnie and Joe in the future and recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell.

He's the most rude property manager I've ever dealt with. I had water damage in my apt. and they never bothered to fix the wood trim, the stains in my curtains, ect. When I called to get this fixed - never a call back. And I callled more than once. However, when I put in my 30 day notice and it was going to affect him, he left me nasty messages for not calling him back over a weekend. I highly recommend avoiding him and Pacific Rim Properties.

We were a newly, happily 'blended' family. Her with her 3 young ones, I with my 3 young ones and then our beautiful 'Liddo'. We struggled for almost a year in her overflowing 3 bedroom house. Charles took us to view sooo many houses. Finally in the the 11 month he locked us into a brand newly built 5 bedroom, 3 bath, w/3 car and a big yard. He fought for a price that was actually less than the others in our new neighborhood so that the payments fell within our budget. He is one of those rare people who truly gives every ounce to insure the happiness of those he serves. We feel so blessed to have had Charles as our agent.
