KD sell a previous house with Charles Blalock and would not recommend them to other home sellers.
It's obvious Blalock wrote these reviews himself - or had other agents at Prudential write them for him.
Jon & Becky Austermuhl buy a previous house with Charles Blalock and would recommend them to other home buyers.
We were a newly, happily 'blended' family. Her with her 3 young ones, I with my 3 young ones and then our beautiful 'Liddo'. We struggled for almost a year in her overflowing 3 bedroom house. Charles took us to view sooo many houses. Finally in the the 11 month he locked us into a brand newly built 5 bedroom, 3 bath, w/3 car and a big yard. He fought for a price that was actually less than the others in our new neighborhood so that the payments fell within our budget. He is one of those rare people who truly gives every ounce to insure the happiness of those he serves. We feel so blessed to have had Charles as our agent.
Stephen G. Council sell a previous house with Charles Blalock and would recommend them to other home sellers.
Charles is the hardest working agent I know. He listed my home for higher thansimilar homes in my area were selling for then worked tirelessly until he sold it. His drive and energy and willingness to show the home were noteworthy. I would recommend him to anyone needing the services of a realtor in the Anchorage area.
Tricie Spohn buy a previous house with Charles Blalock and would recommend them to other home buyers.
Charles is the best real estate agent I have ever seen. He puts his all into selling our house and helping us buy real estate to. Don't waste you time with the others as we did. Start with Charles from the get go!
Andy buy a previous house with Linda Publicover and would recommend them to other home buyers.
Linda is not an ethical realtor. My sister from FL wanted to sell a 3acre parcel in a very nice dev. in Wasilla off KGB rd. Not knowing the market up here she contacted Linda. Linda explained she was also from FL Would be happy to list her property. Problem was Linda knew the market in FL was bottoming out, she thought My sis wouldn't know any better. She said, she may be able to get only 60K for it well that is what it was puchased for 2 years ago. Also 1 acre lots in the same area were going for 50K.. My sister mention Linda was kinda hinting she would take it off her hands to help her out????? Some Ethics.. Using your knowledge about a market to under price property in order to benifit yourself. Not a bad Idea if it wasn't someone you are representing as a professional. My sister then went to another realtor and they are listing it for "A Steal @ 120K" If she wasn't a professional trying to represent my sister I would think differently. But thats not the case. Better think twice!!!!
Megan buy a previous house with Matt Dimmick and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
I was refered to Matt through some investors I knew. I was told he would be my agent and then had to ask twice to get listings the first time 10 days later. Once I received the listings I immediately sent back comments on my impressions of each listing, positives/negatives/interest level thinking that this would give Matt a better idea as to what I'm looking for - he did not respond for a week and when he did, he did not address any of my questions or comments - he simply asked if I wanted to see any of them (again, a week after I sent a reaction). Needless to say - he was not my buying agent. Maybe if you're shopping for million dollar homes he'll be more attentive - but he's not for the little guy/gal.
