They could not get me financed for over 90 days. I then went through a friends mortgage co and got a mortgage with in 30 days. They also told me to do pretty much the exact opposite of what Mark had told me to do. He always made an attempt to show his true rude arrogant colors."

After scouring the internet I found John through an online informational website geared for consumers to ask real estate based questions. He very promptly answered my question of where in New Jersey was the best place to live. Actually he was the first and of course more answers followed by other agents. I phone screened all the great answers and chose John due to his professionalism and vast knowledge of the area. While working with him he truly listened to our wants and needs. Moving out of state made it difficult to find somewhere but John made it so easy. He didn't try to force one area on us and never pushed certain listings on us. I know Bryan had trouble with them not paying their rent because he was always there a number if times to get the rent every month. The mortgage guy who lived there had to have his Mom co-sign the lease because she wanted to get him out of her house (LOSER), if that tells you what kind of renter he was. Bryan was great to us, but we also paid our rent on time and didn't get fired from our jobs because we were lazy and didn't want to go to work. If I was him I would have kicked them out a long time ago. Our place was always well maintained and he always fixed stuff right away. Plus he is a nice guy and let us out of our lease when I got transferred. Wish they had landlords like him in Colorado!
