She was extremely respectful of our privacy, responsive to repair requests, and she worked with us when we were trying to buy a home and needed to extend our lease a few months. She balances the needs and rights of the tenant very well with the financial goals of her property owners. The duplex we lived in was old and cute. It needed some serious energy efficiency upgrades and maybe some electrical work, but we never complained about these things. It came with an old house with an extremely reasonable rent rate. When our A/C unit went out, she sent a repair man over ASAP to replace it and was equally responsive with our other requests. Overall our experience with Mary was very good.
